In the past we had used pen, paper and a lot of time (and anxiety!) scrolling through ticket books checking our stock, but this way it was at a press of a button. Taylors of Sale has, for quite some time, been looking for an App that best suits its business needs. After a great deal of fruitless searching we have finally found one that meets our requirements in every way. I have been asked to review not just the App, but the associated support provided by the designers, 2visualise.
‘The Butcher’s App’ is particularly easy to use and has been embraced by all the staff who find it extremely intuitive. It saves a huge amount of time when completing customer orders and that alone makes it outstanding value. But in addition it provides easy backward referral over a billing period making the job of invoicing so much easier and accurate. It is significantly better than any other App claiming to offer similar benefits. I cannot recommend it strongly enough.
It would be remiss of me not to mention the outstanding service provided by 2visualise and the creators of the App, brothers Campbell and Martin Orr. Throughout the process they have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable and have been more than happy to fine tune the product so it meets our particular needs precisely, compared to the ‘one size fits all’ approach of other App Designers. Well done guys, a great product and one we highly recommend to others.

"I engaged the services of 2visualise to formulate a Christmas Ordering system based on the iPad tablet platform. I already had an existing system from another firm that was laptop based, very expensive to purchase and time consuming to operate. We are fortunate to be one of the busiest butchers in the country and as such our systems need to be slick, easy to operate and provide the management information required to keep our finger on the pulse at the most hectic and stressful of times. This is where 2visualise delivered.
2 Visualise took my initial brief and expanded my wish list way over the horizon. They delivered a Christmas ordering system that not only provided what I wanted but added on a Christmas Savings Club facility, stock management and reporting function, SMS and Email marketing tools and an order delivery/collection function. All this control within a hand held tablet that is user friendly with the minimum of training.
I used the tool in both my shops at Christmas 2013 and it worked perfectly. I use to spend hours at night in the run up to Christmas, counting through orders to make sure my stock was where it needed to be. I can now do that with a few key strokes on the Ipad.
The guys at 2visualise are great to deal with and I would recommend them without hesitation.
